DPO contact

wheremyflow makes the contact details of its internal Data Protection Officer (DPO) available. You can pass them to your visitors or to your own DPO if you publish a site that uses wheremyflow.

The dashboard's _Compliance_ tab contains a _DPO contact_ card ready to be copied into your privacy policy.

When to reach out

  • Access, rectification or erasure requests.
  • Complaints about processing.
  • Portability requests.
  • Questions about purpose or legal basis of processing.
  • Any concern related to data protection.

If you publish a site

For your own visitors, you respond first (you are the data controller, we are the processor under GDPR). When in doubt, or if the request concerns wheremyflow's technical workings, forward it to us directly.

Lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority

Every visitor retains the right to file a complaint directly with the data protection authority in their country. wheremyflow does not depend on any single jurisdiction — here are the authorities for the main EU markets we cover.
