California privacy rights (CCPA)

This website measures its audience with wheremyflow, a cookieless, privacy-first analytics service hosted in the European Union. This page explains how that processing relates to the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA).

This page describes wheremyflow's processing as a service provider. The publisher of this website remains responsible for its own privacy policy and for its own CCPA obligations as a business.

Personal information processed

Through wheremyflow, the following may be processed:

  • Identifiers — a daily-rotating, non-reversible pseudonymous hash. Never a stable ID, never a cookie.
  • Internet or network activity — pages viewed, referring domain, scroll depth, time on page.
  • Coarse geolocation — country and region only. Never precise geolocation as defined by the CCPA.

No sensitive personal information, no advertising identifiers and no profiling inferences are collected.

Source and purpose

Information is collected directly from your browser's interaction with this website. It serves a single purpose: aggregate, anonymous audience measurement for this website.

No sale, no sharing

wheremyflow does not sell and does not share personal information, and performs no cross-context behavioral advertising.

Service provider role

wheremyflow acts solely as a service provider to this website. It is contractually bound — through a CCPA service-provider addendum to its data processing agreement — not to use the data for any purpose other than delivering the service. Personal information is not disclosed to third parties; wheremyflow's sub-processors process it solely to deliver the service.

Retention

Raw events are retained for 90 days; aggregated statistics for 25 months. See Retention.

Your rights

Subject to verification, you may request to know, access, delete or correct your personal information, and to opt out. Because wheremyflow keeps no stable identifier, individual-level requests are honored by deleting the relevant time range or the whole site dataset — the same mechanism used for the right to erasure under the GDPR.

Opt-out preference signals

This website honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends GPC, no audience-measurement data is recorded: server-side the request is answered with no record, and the tracker disables itself client-side.

Non-discrimination

You will not be denied service, charged a different price, or provided a different level of service for exercising your privacy rights.

Contact
